Experience:
· Total of Five (5) Years in Human Resources in UAE as below:
o Three (3) Years in HR Administration in UAE
o Two (2) Years in HR Supervisor Capacity in UAE
Job Description:
The Human Resources Lead, is required to do the following:
· Develop and implement the HR strategy and plan that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
· Conduct HR audits, analyzing HR data, identifying HR needs and gaps, and proposing HR solutions and initiatives.
· Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and impact of the HR strategy and plan, and makes adjustments as needed.
· Establish and enforcement of the HR policies and procedures that govern the employment relationship and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
· Creating and updating the employee handbook, designing and administering the compensation and benefits program, managing the performance appraisal and feedback system, and handling employee relations and disciplinary issues
· Educates and advise the management and staff on the HR policies and procedures, and resolves any HR-related queries or complaints.
· Review and enforcement of company grading structure and organizational levels.
· Regular Keeping and Review of Employees Attendance, performing analysis and reporting for improvement.
· Handling and Planning of Employees Annual Leaves, Sick Leaves, and other Leaves as per UAE labor law.
· Handling and reviewing Employee Benefits such as Insurance, Travel, and other applicable per offer.
· Handling Employee performance review, including meeting key employee objectives.
· Execute recruitment and retention activities of the organization’s talent, including initiation and participation in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and assessments, to making hiring decisions and extending offers.
· Develop and implement the onboarding and orientation program, the employee engagement and recognition program, and the succession planning and career development program.
· Monitors and analyzes the employee turnover and retention rate, and devises strategies to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
· Providing monthly status reporting on all above tasks, with challenges, and recommendations on areas of improvements.
