They are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Executive whose responsibilities will be as follows:
Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counselling employees and managers
Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it’s high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
To effectively advise employees, line managers, and senior managers on personnel issues.
Coaching skills to develop employees, guiding them toward reaching their full potential and aligning their skills with the company’s objectives.
With strong interpersonal skills and convincing ability
The base salary is in the range of 8,000 AED to 10,000 AED monthly.
