Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive in Dubai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and other related tasks. The Human Resources Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication, workflow, and compliance.
Accounts experience would be preferable.

Qualifications

Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and with individual team members
Professional certification in HR
Excellent communication and organizational skills
