HR Trainee Required in Dubai

Responsibility:

Assist in the recruitment/ new hire process on-boarding and offboarding exiting process of staff members.
Prepare and process HR documents regarding new hires and leavers (onboarding and offboarding) as per company procedures and in timely manner

Update HRIS database records and process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes
Update and maintain internal employee databases. Ensures up-to-date accuracy of all employee information within the HR department and HCM / payroll systems.
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects when and if required

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of internal customers and employees.
