Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts from our headquarters in Dubai. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent from around the world to drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s talent needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for present and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management on matters related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience of two years in HR management, with a focus on global recruitment and talent acquisition.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
In-depth understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
Proficient in using HR software and systems for managing recruitment processes.
Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
