Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies in harmony with the company’s objectives.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and selecting top talent.
Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs for seamless integration.
Oversee performance management and guide goal-setting processes.
Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and issues effectively.
Create and enforce HR policies that adhere to Dubai’s labor laws.
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
Foster employee engagement and implement retention initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in employment regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in Dubai’s real estate sector.
Strong understanding of Dubai’s labor laws and real estate landscape.
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR software and systems for streamlined HR management.
European nationality is a must.
