HR Generalist Required in Dubai

Our client is a holding leading investment company in the UAE, seeking HR Generalist (Tagalog or Sinhala or African Speaker), the company has operated successfully in this highly specialized sector for the last 20 years. The company prides itself on a diverse portfolio across a wide category of sectors including investment & funds, financial services, healthcare, education, infrastructure, retail, real estate, communication, power & energy, and technology.

Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

To be considered for the role you should be,

Administer compensation and benefit plans.

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Organize quarterly and annual employees performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder; ideally in Psychology Business Administration or HR Management
With 5 years or more experience as an HR generalist
Knowledgeable in UAE labor laws, pensions, and Emiratization.
With experience in Exchange house, banks or financial institutions.
Has experience processing payroll in UAE.
Experienced in all tasks related to HR administration/operations.
Possess a high level of English communication skills both oral and written.
Problem-solver and has the initiative to identify continuous improvements in HR.
Experienced in an exchange house would be a plus.
Willing to work 6 days a week (Sunday off only)
Can join immediately.
