R Generalist is responsible for implementing and facilitating the HR processes, policies and company guidelines and ensuring adherence to standards and laws initiated by authorities.
Key Job responsibilities:
Facilitate HR process and programs around performance management, employee engagement and training
Handling employee queries, managing grievances and facilitating resolution in timely and effective manner
Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
Facilitate visa applications process , labor card and visa renewal of employees
Knowledge of UAE labor laws
Skills, Experience and Qualification required:
(Full Time) Masters with Specialization in HR/ MBA in HR from a recognized institute is mandatory
4 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience in UAE
Interpersonal skills to resolve sensitive issues with associates.
Good Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge in Excel, MS Word
Having knowledge of HR Oracle Application would be added advantage
