Our client is a supplier and distributor of gourmet products such as premium meats and seafood. They are looking for an HR Executive to oversee the human resource functions. Ideally, someone who has knowledge and experience in UAE Labor Law, someone experienced in the HR cycle from Recruitment to Retirement.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage recruitment process by building position profiles, attracting candidates, evaluating experience and skills, arranging interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, explaining company policies, benefits, and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries regarding HR-related matters such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor employee engagement and provide support to promote a positive work environment.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employe.e records in the HR module in Odoo
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary letters.
Manager employee visa and EID applications for new employees & renewals for old employees.
Prepare monthly payroll workings to complete the WPS transfer and prepare a monthly, quarterly sales commission/management bonus.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees as per organizational needs.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Stay updated with UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, conducting evaluations, and updating performance records.
Assist in identifying training needs and development opportunities for employees based on performance reviews.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications or Odoo ERP is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation and record-keeping.

Reporting to: HR & Finance Director
Currently, the company has an employee size of 40.
The employees are in Oman, Qatar, UAE, and the company is expanding to KSA.
Location: Al Quoz 3, Dubai
Timings: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
