HR executive Required in Dubai

Your main responsibilities are :

HR management for all short-term contracts at the office :

Support daily the teams and managers for this population on all different HR topics

Provide advice and coaching to employees

Ensure the recruitment, induction, onboarding and follow-up

Animate and follow the Interns & VIE Community through events and support adapted

Support them in their development and the next steps

Manage the logistics for their arrival: Flight tickets and hotel\appartments booking

Learning management for Middle East Market (Office & Retail population) :

Support in the deployment of the Training Plan

Update the monthly training reporting

Organization and follow-up of learning sessions (training, masterclass, workshops, journey…)

Manage the training logistics ( booking hotels, boardrooms, and catering)

Manage invitations and training evaluation

Looking for new local training providers in line with business needs

Following the budget with the HRBP and the Finance Team

Schools Partnership:

Implementation and coordination of partnerships and actions with schools – and universities in the Region

Organize Campus Days with target schools

Participation in local Career fairs

And globally, we will participate in the development and implementation of major transversal HR Development programs for Office and Retail.

Who we are looking for :

You have a first experience as an HR executive in an international company and more specifically in recruitment. An experience in Learning- People Development would be an advantage.

You have excellent relations and communication skills as well as a real sense of service. You can lead different topics and projects with passion and enthusiasm. You are very well-organized and rigorous.

You are at ease with figures and like human relations. You are creative and like to work in a project way. Your analytic skills, your capacity to structure ideas, and your ability to take initiative will be key to success in this position.

English and MS Office pack (Excel, Word, Forms etc.) are a must.
