Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in interviews as needed.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and statuses.
Onboarding
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires have the necessary tools and access on their first day.
Coordinate with IT and other departments to set up workstations and equipment for new employees.
Assist in the creation of onboarding schedules and training plans.
Employee Records and Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documents such as employment verification letters, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience working in UAE
Well versed with Labor Law regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
