What You Will Do
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
HR Systems
Manage and maintain HR information systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Provide training and support to employees on HR systems and tools.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
Generate reports and analyse data from HR systems to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and HR systems management.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency with HR systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
Experience with an ERP software.
Previous experience in the oil and gas industry.
