Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Amaya Restaurant & Lounge. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, welcoming and seating guests, and providing excellent customer service. They will need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good phone etiquette. The Hostess will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
Experience in managing reservations and seating guests
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer service-oriented mindset
Good phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone reservations
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with grace
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
