Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at Nazcaa Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservation books and assist in seating arrangements with a keen eye on pacing for an optimal dining experience.
Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of the house.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the hostess stand and waiting areas.
Handle guest inquiries, providing accurate information about the restaurant and its offerings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment
Exceptional interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Reservations and Phone Etiquette
Customer Service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills would be a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive and welcoming attitude towards guests and team members
Knowledge of the reservation system SeverRooms is a plus
Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
