Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
-Identifying where training is needed, motivating & Mentoring Agents, assigning sales territories also expected.
– Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive performance
– Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders
– Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions
– Oversee negotiation and closing of sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
– Manage the documentation process for sales deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
– Maintain proper records of all sales documentation and track the progress of deals
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
– Strong knowledge of off-plan real estate sales processes and legal requirements in the UAE
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Salary:
Starting at 5000AED to be discussed upon proven experience in local market.
