The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our client’s organization. This role will require someone from an eCommerce background who has scaled a business globally.
This key leadership role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s overall objectives, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all levels of staff, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet operational needs.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
• Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, HRIS management, and record-keeping.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
