Job Description:
Lead culinary team and oversee hot / cold sections and staff meal.
Develop and execute innovative menus.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the restaurant’s culinary offerings.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
Must be an expert in International and Arabic cuisine
