Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks
Train and supervise barista staff
Maintain inventory and order supplies
Create new coffee recipes and promotions
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Barista training is a plus
