Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and design visually appealing graphics, including logos, brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and website elements.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that supports campaigns and initiatives.
– Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
– Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve design skills and output.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
– Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
– Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into designs.
– Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
– Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
– Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
