RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hands-on Leadership Skills in the following areas:
Team handler of the company’s production processes
Dependable service to the company’s clients
Team oriented innovator
Problem solving approach
Manage, and track Project Elements including:
Manage several projects at once with changing requirements, priorities, client requests, and shifting or tight deadlines
Actively advise design elements to core Production team and make recommendations for creatively improving the team’s output
Maintain portfolio on our website
Manage Technical Elements including:
Creative thinking with artistic instincts
Create strong visual identities, graphics, layouts based on the approved brand direction for specific projects
Present your ideas behind the design vision effectively to clients
Amend designs based on clients comments while ensuring these changes are in the contracted scope of work
Possess versatility, conceptual/visual ability and marketing and branding knowledge
Up to date with the industry’s leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Closely follow trends and developments in technology and integrates them into our environment and practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in Graphic Design for a project/campaign driven studio with expertise in optimizing project plans, creating timelines and driving successful execution of design elements to meet overall client satisfaction
Basic understanding and/or experience in photography, print, or interactive media
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Solutions-oriented with ability to drive initiatives through to completion
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, client-services entrepreneurial environment
