We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, illustration, and some video editing skills. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Develop and design high-quality graphics for various media including digital, print, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Create visually appealing layouts for websites, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Illustration:
Produce custom illustrations that enhance and complement our brand identity and marketing efforts.
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
Create concept sketches and final illustrations for various projects, including editorial content, product packaging, and promotional materials.
Work with other team members to integrate illustrations seamlessly into overall designs.
Video Editing:
Assist in creating and editing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and illustrations into video content.
Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
Manage video projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality output.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the creative team, including writers, photographers, and other designers, to produce cohesive and compelling content.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and illustration.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and illustration work.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.
Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with animation and motion graphics.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Familiarity with UI/UX design.
Photography skills.
