The Confetti Group is looking for a Graphic Designer who is skilled in various facets of design like social media content, packaging and branding. You will join a team of talented designers and contribute towards growth and development of two of our perfume brands – Confetti & Riggs.

Responsibilities:
Help with the branding process through creative brainstorming with marketing and desin team
Create packaging designs that effectively communicate the brand message, attract consumers, and differentiate the product on the shelf
Research on various factors such as packaging materials, structural design, and printing techniques.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand’s identity, target audience, and marketing objectives to make informed design decisions
Work closely with printers, and manufacturers to ensure the accurate execution of packaging designs and maintain quality standards throughout the production process
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation in packaging and branding
Design and refine brand logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements to establish a consistent and memorable brand identity across all touchpoints
Develop brand guidelines or style guides to provide clear instructions on how to apply brand elements consistently across various packaging and branding materials
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, and stakeholder communications, to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes
Participate or lead product photography to create visual assets that complement packaging designs and enhance brand storytelling
Requirements:
Degree in Design
Min 3 years of experience in design with a strong portfolio
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
Motion graphic skills is a plus
2D animation skills is a plus
After effects skills is a plus
