About The Job
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing much of the creative marketing and sales assets including digital advertising banners, social media graphics, landing pages, one-pagers, whitepapers, slide presentations, video animation.
You will work closely with key stakeholders in the business, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This is a fast-paced, international company so we will need you to be incredibly creative, organised, hard-working and flexible.
As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
Developing eye-catching creatives for marketing and advertising campaigns including social media graphics, case studies, reports, email templates and more to generate leads and drive engagement
Thinking creatively to produce new design ideas that appeal to the target audiences
Creating presentations, Sales decks, one-pagers for each of our products, verticals and countries
Helping with video production and create short video clips for product education, advertising campaign, customer user cases, event promotions, and more
Ensuring all content produced supports PayFuture’s brand identity and is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print
Supporting the Social Media team in creating new concepts and ideas ensuring our platforms are engaging, and informative and cement our position as the fastest growing payments company in the world
You will be a good fit if you:
Are aligned with our values of Belief, Positivity, Accountability & Ownership, Speed and Execution
Have 6-7 years of experience in a graphic design role in an agency or B2B business
Are an expert in Adobe CC, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, with excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
Are able to tell a story through multiple mediums and are willing to explore and test new creative approaches
Have prior experience with video production and rich media creation
Are experienced in creating presentations and other sales and marketing collateral for a B2B business
Are skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
Are able to translate B2B pain points/objectives into creative assets and ads
Are flexible and highly adaptable; You are open-minded to work in a multicultural environment
Are able to work to tight deadlines. You are motivated and enthusiastic, with exceptional attention to detail
Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Are obsessed with current design trends and are able to take feedback and follow instructions
Are looking to push creative boundaries while ensuring commercial viability
Are able to give and receive constructive criticism
