KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To load cars for departing guests, ensuring polite manners and a courteous farewell, remembering to confirm the quantity with the departing guest
To unload luggage from cars for arriving guests, following health and safety manual handling guidelines.
Referring and guiding guests to the reception and announcing them by name
Ensuring that the hotel driveway, main entrance and parking lot are clean and uncluttered
traffic at all times so that any defects are reported to the concierge or immediately addressed to Hot So’s.
Maintaining contact with the parking attendant for arriving and departing guest vehicles,
ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly checked before acceptance/transfer
LANGUAGE COMPETENCIES:
Business proficiency in English – (Read/Write/Speak – Essential)Knowledge of additional language (Desired)
