Responsibilities:
Create and serve an array of beverages, showcasing your mastery in mixology.
Engage with patrons, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Collaborate with the team to develop new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings.
Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and the menu selection.
Maintain accurate records of sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented setting.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus.
