Key Responsibilities:
· Execute daily tasks and responsibilities as set by management, adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies.
· Lead, influence, and encourage team members through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Deliver personalized, quality service to guests, ensuring a warm ambiance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
· Be creative and innovative with beverage offerings, maintaining bar standards and quality throughout service hours.
· Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following our established recipes and standards.
· Manage purchasing, stock rotation, and inventory, ensuring quality and minimizing waste.
· Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and energetic environment.
· Control costs by minimizing spoilage, waste, and energy usage while ensuring proper time management and productivity.
· Adhere to Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations, advocating for safe work practices and ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained.
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the restaurant, ensuring equipment is clean and operational.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3-4 years bar/beverage experience preferred
· Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
· Strong knowledge of drink mixing techniques and cocktail recipes.
· Excellent presentation skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
· Flexibility to work in shifts
· Comfort with noisy, high-volume atmosphere
· Capable of working well under pressure
