Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Manager at Al Aabdi Holding LLC in Dubai. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including baking, customer service, food safety, and inventory control. The manager will also be involved in developing new bakery products and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Must be a Head or a Senior Pastry Chef
Must have extensive working experience in Industrial Production
Ability to communicate with clients.
Well versed in managing the Central Production Unit.
Must have a creative ideas for recipes.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Any relevant certifications or formal training in bakery management would be beneficial.
