Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years proven experience in a finance and accounts position: Demonstrated experience in financial and accounting roles, showcasing your expertise in handling financial matters.
2+ years work experience in Tally ERP 9 and Excel: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel for efficient financial data management and analysis.
Full Knowledge of Accounting Laws in Dubai: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s accounting laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes: Self-motivated and capable of multitasking, ensuring efficient workflow management.
Excellent organizational skills: Strong organizational abilities to maintain financial records systematically.
Computer-savvy with experience in handling different finance, accounting, and reporting software: Proficient in various financial software and reporting tools.
Experience in using a Project/Task management software: Familiarity with project/task management software for tracking and managing multiple task flows.
Honesty, Integrity, and the ability to handle difficult situations: Ethical conduct, integrity, and the capacity to handle challenging situations professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling Finance & Accounts: Oversee financial and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting laws and regulations in Dubai.

Administration: Manage administrative tasks related to finance and accounts.
Intellectual Properties/Registrations: Handle intellectual property matters and registrations as required.
Product Certifications: Manage product certifications and compliance with certification standards.
Accounts Bookkeeping in ERP Software: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP 9.
Budget Planning and Execution: Assist in budget planning and monitor its execution.
Conduct Timely Auditing of Accounts: Perform regular audits of financial records.
Conduct Cash Flow Planning and Execution: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Prepare Accurate Analytical Reports for CEO: Generate detailed analytical reports for the CEO’s decision-making.
Checkpoints and Maintaining Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
Manage Balance Sheets and Profit/Loss Statements: Maintain and update balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
