Employee Job Description
Recording/reflecting all accounting transactions associated with the movement of funds, commodity-material values, cash and Tax in Firstbit 1C software;
Accounting, reconciliation and settlement with suppliers and contractors;
Maintenance of cash register and cash transactions;
Financial actions by analyzing accounting options, summarizing current financial status by collecting information;
Work with the primary documentation (drafting / verification / control): incoming, expenditure, returnable invoices, acts of work performed (services), reconciliation acts;
Keeping records of settlements with accountable accounts;
Keeping records of strict reporting forms;
Registration of tax invoices;
Check the cost of projects and report on time to management
Work with accounts receivable and Payable;
Work on Bank Reconciliation
Prepare WPS and process on time
Checking of Tax invoice issued/ received, formation of the invoices register;
File UAE VAT and corporate TAX through FTA;
Timely make Internal audit and report to manager
Responsible for timely and correct entry into the system of issued/received checks;
Responsible for the storage and timely deposit of checks/cash for property management and rentals;
Reports by request
Recording/reflecting all accounting transactions associated with the movement of funds,
Prepare Quotation and invoice
Process purchase for project in UAE and over sea.
The employee assumes financial responsibility for the security of funds entrusted to him by the Company and undertakes to:
actions to prevent / avoid cases;
promptly inform the Company or the immediate manager of all circumstances threatening the security of the Company’s funds;
keep records, prepare and submit in the prescribed manner financial and other reports on the movement and balances of the funds entrusted to it.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
