As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
Present menus to customers, answer questions, and provide suggestions regarding food and beverages
Take food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
Deliver orders to tables and ensure proper presentation
Monitor and promptly respond to any customer requests or issues
Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout the shift
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent overall customer service
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Adhere to all food safety and quality standards
Requirements
Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide personalized service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple guest requests simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation methods
Basic math skills for processing payments and counting change
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
