Sales Executive Required in Dubai


Job Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients or customers.

Generate new leads through methods such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations to potential clients. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value of the product or service.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand clients’ needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements or contracts. Address client objections and concerns to close deals.
Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including interactions with clients and prospects. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and changes. Gather market intelligence to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services.

Stay informed about product updates and improvements.

Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as order processing and paperwork. Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation.
Goal Achievement: Set and work towards achieving sales targets and quotas. Track and report progress toward sales goals.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve common goals. Share market insights and customer feedback with the team.
Customer Feedback and Support: Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in marketing or any related field.
7+ years’ experience in same role or similar role.
Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel, as required.
