Junior Sales Executive Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the branding agency.

Identify and target potential clients in various industries, leveraging your industry knowledge and market research to generate leads and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on branding strategies and solutions.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyses of client requirements, presenting tailored proposals and solutions that align with their objectives and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, creative, and account management, to develop comprehensive and innovative branding strategies for clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability for the agency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the agency’s reach and enhance its reputation.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the Sales Head, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
2 to 4 years of experience as a successful sales executive, preferably in the branding, advertising, or marketing industry.
In-depth knowledge of branding concepts, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with a track record of closing complex deals and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients at all levels.
Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach and a keen understanding of client needs.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
