Our client: A leading FMCG company with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets is looking to hire a Head of Human Resources.
Your role: Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the company’s growth plans and business objectives. Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains high-caliber candidates. Implement effective performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans, to drive employee engagement and performance. Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, and managing conflict resolution processes. Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, while ensuring alignment with market trends and industry standards. Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs, including talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development. Implement effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning with business needs and industry trends. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and recommending appropriate actions to mitigate risks. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture that values and respects individual differences and promotes equal opportunities. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee satisfaction surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including labor unions, government agencies, and HR service providers. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Must haves: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proven track record of effectively managing change and driving organizational transformation. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) would be a plus.
