HR Officer Required in Dubai

The HR Officer performs day-to-day support in various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, payroll and benefits, employee relations and other administrative duties of the department.

Process DOH staff licensing / renewals, Dataflow etc.
Process DOH facility licensing / renewals and other government licenses i.e. trade license, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.
Compile and maintain employee records (hard and digital copies)
Manage employee requests e.g. salary certificates, employment letters, etc.
Assist with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits / payroll
Assist in entire recruitment and on boarding cycle
Assist in Audits such as DOH, Jawda, JCIA etc.

Monitoring Employee’s Vaccination date and coordinating with them for revaccination.
Coordinating for Staff for Health Insurance & Malpractice insurance
Coordinating with the PRO for Labour Application, Emirates, Medical etc
Manage and maintain all relevant HR trackers to ensure proper record keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
Support HR-related programs and activities.
Familiarity with HR processes
Familiarity with visa processing
Familiarity with facility licensing and other UAE government license process
Knows how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
