Job Description:
1-Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks
2-Picking up office purchases or other shop needs.
3-Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
4-Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready.
5-Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary
6-Updating monthly mileage records
7-Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner
8-Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
9-Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
10-Maintain daily receipts for monthly disbursements.
