IT SUPPORT ENGINEER REQUIRED IN DUBAI
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and Manage Connectivity Infrastructure components 24*7
• Responsible for managing day to day support activities in the form of incident and service requests
• Plan, schedule, and implement network maintenance activities which include software upgrades, hardware replacement and network infrastructure changes
• Manage escalations from other customer facing teams & isolate the issues with proper Troubleshooting steps
• Root cause analysis & Incident report to Management teams and Stakeholders after a Major incident
• Work with Service Providers, Hardware vendors to determine causes of device failure/issues
• Communicate effectively with internal and external audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
• Work on improvement/maintenance projects.
• System administration of Windows server, Windows 10 and MacOS
Minimum Qualification and Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a Networking and Windows server environment
• Preferrably male
Mandatory Skills
• Experience in Cisco Routing, Switching & Firewall Technologies.
• Experience in maintaining Microsoft server 2012,2008 and client OS windows 7 and 10.
• Experience in handling SAN, NAS and Centralized file Synchronization.
• Experience in handling Apple ECO system (MacBook’s and iMac)
• Experience in handling Xerox Enterprise printer and driver installation
• Experience in maintaining the Cisco VOIP phone and Call manager
• Experience in troubleshooting with cisco firewalls
• A/V Equipment’s handling in meeting rooms
• Certified in CCNA and MCSA. Other certifications are added plus
