Location: Sharjah Al Nahda
Position: Marketing Manager cum Supervisor for Cleaning Company
Preferred nationality: Indian
Salary range: AED 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 / month
Experience: 3 years above
Driver’s license (preferred)
Responsibilities
• Perform sales activities to attract client.
• Identify potential clients in the target marker and complete appropriate research.
• Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning team in their duties.
• Regular visits to site to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement ways to improve and meet the evolving needs of the client.
• Knowledge and experience of cleaning operations in FM industry.
• Must be able to make daily reports in a timely manner.
• Must be able to make smart hiring decisions.
• Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment, keeping check of what will be required and placing orders to maintain stock level.
• Provide training to new staff in relation to expected standards and quality of general cleaning, and Health and Safety requirements, particularly regarding the operation of equipment, manual handling and Work Health and Safety
• Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality and cost control
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Basic MS office knowledge
• Sales experience is a plus
