Real Estate Consultant Required in Dubai
We are looking for highly driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Whether you’re a seasoned real estate professional with a strong track record OR a high-performing salesperson from another industry, we want to hear from you.
Who We’re Looking For
Option 1: Experienced Real Estate Professionals
• 5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
• A strong track record of closing deals and generating revenue
• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills
• RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Option 2: Sales Experts from Other Industries (No Real Estate Experience Required)
• Must have GREAT ATTITUDE!
• At least 3+ years of experience in sales (luxury retail, automotive, banking, high-ticket sales, etc.)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in building client relationships and closing deals
• Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
• A passion for real estate and willingness to be trained
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Generate and convert leads into successful property sales
• Provide expert guidance on property investments and market trends
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with confidence
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market and off-plan projects
