Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Supervisor – Healthcare at Quttainah Specialized Hospital – Dubai located in Dubai. As an IT Supervisor – Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing the healthcare IT systems and infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of IT services, implement security measures, manage the IT team, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals. This role requires deep understanding of healthcare operations and knowledge of IT systems in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in supervising IT operations, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong background in HIS system.
Extensive knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including electronic medical records, picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), and clinical information systems
Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, and cybersecurity
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams
Leadership and management capabilities to supervise and mentor IT staff
A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security

This is a full-time position in Dubai.
