DigiPlus is seeking a skilled and experienced Cross-Border E-commerce Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial for managing the financial aspects of our cross-border e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling company accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with various departments to optimize financial processes, control expenses, and support the business’s growth and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage company accounts, prepare operational financial statements, and analyze financial reports.
Ensure timely tax declaration and payments/refunds in compliance with national and local tax regulations.
Oversee, review, and control business-related expenses, and conduct expense rate analysis.
Optimize financial processes within the e-commerce operation department and review various financial documents.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or a related field, with experience in cross-border e-commerce finance and good proficiency in English.
2-3 years of financial work experience, with solid financial expertise, accounting handling experience, and familiarity with accounting standards and relevant financial, tax, and audit regulations and policies.
Proficiency in common Excel functions and the ability to handle raw data effectively for generating various analysis reports for operations.
Skilled in handling export tax refund work and related procedures, including exemption, deduction, and refund accounting for export goods.
Willingness to work in Dubai
