UX-UI DESIGNER REQUIRED IN DUBAI
We are looking for a UX Designer to turn different software ideas into creative UX/UI designs for both web and mobile, following known and common UX design rules and best practices, standards, and guidelines set by platform providers and clients. You will be responsible for the support and delivery of the online user experience by developing and designing optimized and exceptional designs. Delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UX design problems with a user-centric approach.

Requirements:
minimum of 3 years as a UX / UI Designer
Proven skills in building Web and Mobile UI
Strong writing and communication skills
Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines
Proven skills in presentations and product demonstrations.
A portfolio of projects can be presented for the Web and mobile technologies
Comfortable working with multiple and remote teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with a collaborative, agile team, balancing creative thinking with interpersonal skills.
Able to work with Sketch, Adobe AI, Adobe PS, and other Design tools.
Produce original, user-focused design concepts and solutions that are multi-faceted and
incorporate all the elements of great user experience while maintaining the house style and brand objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of
tailored experiences for digital users.
Assisting with the Brand Experience team on the creation of digital assets for all digital channels.
Continually explore opportunities to develop, enhance, improve, and expand customer-centric design methodologies.
Understand and consistently apply best practice UX processes and principles to design projects.
Design responsive wireframes, prototypes, and documentation as required.
Understand mobile-first and native mobile design – eg mobile apps, mobile-first concepts, etc.
Initiate, own and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Deliver and maintain user experience, visual standards, and design guideline documentation
Provide product design insights through research/trends
Use consistent design language across a suite of digital products
