Sales Manager Required in Dubai

About Us:

Million Homes Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our real estate sales to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of Real Estate Agents.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve their sales targets.
Manage property viewings, presentations, and negotiation processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Generate and follow up on qualified leads to initiate and close property transactions.
Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including legal and financial aspects.
Stay up-to-date with changes in market regulations, legal requirements, and industry practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate market.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry. Including legal and financial aspects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
RERA certification is a plus.
UAE driving license and own vehicle.
