MARKETING MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are currently looking for a Marketing/Account Manager for our Dubai office. The candidate engages with the market and end-users as a trusted advisor and industry expert in coding and marking solutions. Generates leads, qualifies opportunities and facilitates projects from the first meeting to the final bolt. Experience in industrial automation, coding and marking equipment sales or end of the lane packaging solutions is an unavoidable must. The person is target driven, self-starter, self-motivated with a positive mindset, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
The Marketing/Accounts Manager will perform tasks under the following roles
As a LEAD GENERATOR
• Research opportunities using industry sites, periodicals and publications
• Engage in company sales programs including hosted and industry events
As a SALES ACTIVATOR
• Qualify opportunities to determine client need for products and services
• Direct visits to potential corporate clients, deliver presentations designed on the basis of ROI in person and through digital and graphic communication
• Provide accurate, professional and timely sales documentation
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop complex scopes
As a SALE IMPLEMENTOR
• Set up transactions to be managed and executed by company support personnel
• Ensure accuracy of specifications and complete, timely documents
• Confirm a clean close of sales with signed orders, POs and deposits
• Run point through sale to ensure customer and dealership satisfaction
As an ACCOUNT MANAGER
• Respond quickly to client inquiries, quotes, issue resolution and proactive updates
• Expert interaction with customers, employees, and third party collaborators
• Resolve late receivables or customer credit issues
The Business Development Executive will be expected to
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals set with leadership
• Forecasting and budgeting for your client portfolio
• Report on sales forecasts and new leads daily and weekly
• Participate in special sales programs and trainings
The Business Development Executive should possess
• Exposure to corporate retail industry, a significant plus, but not a deal breaker
• Contribute to executive management decisions while providing specialized advice to Retail clients in all aspects of their business issues
• High-touch account servicing
• Knowledge of office environment issues and trends
• Organized, thoughtful and collaborative workstyle
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, business development and client engagement skills
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communicator.
Education
• Bachelors degree preferably in electronic engineering. Other streams accepted as well.
• Technical understanding of integrated systems and reporting
• Experience
• 3-5 years in a similar industry in the region.
