Job Description:
We are Looking for a very highly skilled , experienced and passionate Real Estate Agents who are well aware of high end properties and clients and are highly experienced in Dubai Real Estate Industry ( DUBAI EXPERIENCE ONLY) Please do not apply if you have no experience in Dubai.
Requirements:
– Super energetic , very well presentable and very well dressed candidate with a pleasant and positive personality.
– Applicants with at least 2 to 5 years ” DUBAI ” Real Estate industry experience in “Freehold areas” primarily.
– Very strong and fluent , spoken and written , English communication skill with strong personality. (Multilingual will be an advantage)
– Well experienced in negotiations , consulting HIGH END clients on market conditions, prices, ROIs, contracts know how , ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
– Should be highly experienced and energetic to do cold calling to the landlords and should be able to generate effective daily leads through trends and marketing campaigns.
– Advanced level of Knowledge in assisting the LANDLORDS and TENANTS is must.
– Knowledge in defining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose the right properties and solutions
