In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems and networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. Additional duties include installing and configuring computer systems, managing user accounts, and supporting data backups and security protocols. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and networking. A degree or certification in IT and previous experience in a similar role are preferred.
