Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Hiring an HR Manager with real estate experience for a property developer in Dubai

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Create and maintain an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing guidance to both employees and managers.
• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
• Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations, and maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
• Handle visa and immigration-related matters for expatriate employees.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of UAE experience in a Human Resource management role
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits management
• Understanding of Labour laws, Visa process, government regulations and compliance requirements in the United Arab Emirates
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Benefits:
Salary: 8000-12000
Timing : Mon-Fri 10.00 – 7.00
Location: Business Bay
Language: Fluent in English and Hindi
