HR SPECIALIST REQUIRED IN DUBAI

* Recruitment and selection
* Support recruitment through synergies between countries
Provide advice on recruitment and selection processes, impart good
practice
* Process Offer letter and Employment contract
* Handling various government / legal permit related processes (online submission and PRO documents) for all Employee / Office related affairs, including but not limited to, labor application / renewal, employment visa application / renewal.
* Keeping track of documents expiry dates relating to Medical Insurance, Employment Visas, Labor Cards, Visit Visas; ensure timely renewal and update HR database
* Keeping abreast on current labor / immigration laws and updating the Human Resources Department on any changes in labor / immigration laws.
* Responding to and promptly following up on queries on Visa / Labor / Passport related matters
Updating employee files / records and HR database
* Prepare Monthly Salary, Bonuses, Benefits and End settlement
* Pay-reviews and job grading exercises
* Provide strategic advice and support on selection for senior executives (C – level management team)
* Ensure HR policies are fit for purpose and take account of relevant legislation in our areas of operation
* Performance management and training
* Data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
* Management experience required
* Experience handling HR Job in large company
* Global Human Resources exposure
* Strong attention to details, listening skills, the ability to influence strategically, and creative problem solving is essential for success
* High degree of sensitivity and change management abilities with intercultural personnel and corporate dynamics
* Demonstrated ability to interact with personnel at all levels
* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment

Skills:
* Professional presentations, effective written and oral communication which conveys complex technical matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience
* Strong leadership and motivational skills which assist other employees with achievement of objectives
* Excellent computer skills
* Ability to maintain confidential information.
* Ability to travel to occasionally
