HR Executive Required in Dubai


Manage the onboarding process post-visa issuance, including induction and orientation programs.
Ensure all new hires complete necessary documentation and are integrated smoothly into the company.
Maintain updated employee records in the HR system.
Time & Attendance Management:

Track and maintain accurate attendance records.
Oversee leave management and ensure timely and correct payroll inputs.
Monitor and report absenteeism, addressing any attendance issues promptly.
Grievance Handling:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Facilitate quick and fair resolution of grievances, maintaining documentation of outcomes.
Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures during grievance handling.
Employee Relations & Engagement:

Actively promote a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes, including necessary paperwork and final settlements.
Address workplace concerns, aiming to improve morale and work conditions where necessary.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement:

Ensure employees are aware of and comply with HR policies.
Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and regulatory changes as needed.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws, ensuring timely reporting of any HR issues.
