We are seeking a talented and experienced In-House Graphic Designer to join our team and take ownership of our internal design needs across all entities. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging and innovative visual content that aligns with the unique identity of each company within the group. This is a key creative role that supports branding, marketing, communication, and corporate documentation needs.

Responsibilities
-Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for internal communications, presentations, marketing materials, digital content, reports, and branding across all group entities.
-Maintain consistency in branding and design across different companies and departments.
-Collaborate closely with marketing, media, operations, and executive teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
-Generate creative ideas and concepts for design projects, taking into consideration current design trends, target audience preferences, and project goals.
-Create aesthetically pleasing and balanced layouts, paying close attention to typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy.
-Design graphics for social media, websites, print, events, and internal campaigns.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
-Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
-Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms.
-Ensure all designs are aligned with our brand strategy and visual standards.
