A leading Digital Media Marketing, Digital Transformation and IT consulting services company looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Executives to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally and internationally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Requirements, Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage, develop and execute local campaigns, promotions, launches and calendar.
• Manage, optimize, enhance, localize and develop digital channels, supporting business objectives, optimizing SEO, SEA and social media activations for lead generation and opportunity conversion.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Provide digital contents such as video, infographics, and images, etc.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Drive traffic to company pages.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Fluently and confidently discuss social and digital strategies with clients and drive escalation of knowledge in the team, continually learning the latest platforms, tools, technology, etc.
• Work with teams within key businesses to build strong 360 marketing campaign strategies, execute and follow up for KPIs and results.
• Gather and interpret local & global customer insights and translate into local actions on digital channels to optimize customer experience
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates emerging technologies.
• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.
• Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
• Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
• Develop engaging online content including SM platforms, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze the content success.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
• Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
• Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
• Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
• Promote the brand’s products and services on various social media channels.
• Build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research.
• Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.
• Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap.
• Tailor the content and style of writing assignments according to their purpose like sell or inform.
• Understand target audience because content writing is not for clients. It’s for the readers. So a copywriter should understand the interests of the target audience.
• Work with different team to ensure quality results and quality visual elements of the web page complementing the words.
• Identifying interesting and fresh angles every time for an article.
• Write for blogs, web pages, social media, ebooks, slogans, and video script.
• Assist with the business pitches to win new clients and projects.
• Prepare emails to send out to customers.
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
• Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
• Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of clients in various industries.
• Compile performances report using Google Analytics program.
• Keep attention to the updates of Google’s Algorithm.
• Contribute to the company’s blog for on-page and off-page optimization.
• Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Contact, interview, and hire third-party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years proven relevant PR/ Communication/digital marketing industry experience including management disciplines.
• Experienced in B2C social media, Google AdWords, Display, Programmatic advertising, CRM initiatives, on site marketing, SEM and other digital tools
• Excellent English writing, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven presentation and strategic planning capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and tele-marketing.
